Celestino is a digital spiritual-entertainment brand offering personalized, tarot-inspired readings and guidance content. The brand, this website (thecelestino.com) and all services offered under it are owned and operated by the company below.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Artemi LTDA; "you" means the person using the site or buying a product.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, or by purchasing any product or service offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site or place an order.

3. Who may use Celestino

The site and the services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the site you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

4. What Celestino provides

We provide digital spiritual-entertainment content — including the Three-Gate Reading, personalized guidance, written and audio material, prayer libraries and access to a private digital area ("the app" or "the portal"). All content is delivered electronically, and is intended for your personal, non-commercial use only.

The readings and guidance are offered for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not, and are not a substitute for, professional advice — see section 10.

5. Prices, payment and billing

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and may change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment of purchase.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe) and, depending on the offer, other regulated processors. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• By placing an order you authorize us, through our payment provider, to charge the amount shown to your chosen payment method.
• Most products are a one-time purchase. Any recurring (subscription) product is clearly identified as such before you buy, together with its price and billing interval, and can be cancelled at any time as described in our Refund Policy.
• You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchase under the laws of your country of residence.

6. Delivery of digital products

Our products are digital and are delivered electronically — typically made available immediately after a successful payment, inside the app/portal and/or by email to the address you provide. Because access is granted instantly, please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct. If you do not receive access, contact us at [email protected] and we will help.

7. Refunds

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site and inside our products — text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video and software — belongs to Artemi LTDA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission. The content you receive is licensed to you for personal use, not sold.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site or the services for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, the app or our systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site or its security features;

• readings and guidance are not scientifically verified and should not be treated as factual statements about the past, present or future;
• Celestino does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal or any other professional advice, and is not a substitute for it — if you need professional advice, please consult a qualified professional;
• no specific financial, health, relationship or personal outcome is promised, guaranteed or implied, and individual experiences vary;
• you are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the content you receive; and
• the services are intended for adults aged 18 or older.

Checkout, the app/portal and certain features are provided through third-party services (for example our payment provider and the platform at celestino.cloud, operated by the same company). This site may also link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties; their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Artemi LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or the services. The site and the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artemi LTDA from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or the services.

We may update the site, the services or these Terms of Use at any time. When we change the terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the services after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the District of Governador Valadares, State of Minas Gerais, Brazil. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
