How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address you used to place the order, and include your order confirmation or receipt so we can find it quickly. No further questions will be asked.
How refunds are processed
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- You may keep any digital content already delivered to you, even after the refund is issued.
Subscriptions and recurring products
Most Celestino products are a one-time purchase. If you ever enroll in a recurring (subscription) product, you can cancel at any time to stop future charges — just email us at [email protected] and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the 365-day guarantee above still applies to what you have paid.
