1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Artemi LTDA (CNPJ 49.365.551/0001-48), registered at Avenida Industrial, 1120 A, Distrito Industrial, Governador Valadares — MG, CEP 35040-610, Brazil. For any privacy matter you can reach us at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, date of birth or age, the answers you choose to share for a reading, and the messages you send us. When you buy, your payment details are entered directly with our payment provider — we receive confirmation of the payment and limited billing information, never your full card number.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you visit, the time spent on the site and the page that referred you.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we and our providers use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences and measure how our pages and advertising perform. See section 5.
3. How we use your information
- to deliver the readings, digital products and guidance you request;
- to process payments and to prevent fraud;
- to respond to your messages and provide customer support;
- to send you service updates and, where you have not opted out, occasional information about our products;
- to understand and improve the performance of our site and advertising; and
- to comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or LGPD applies, we process your data on these bases: to perform our contract with you (delivering what you bought); your consent (for example, marketing emails or non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests (keeping the site secure and improving it); and to comply with the law.
5. Cookies and advertising technologies
Some cookies are essential for the site to work. Others help us measure traffic and the performance of our marketing. When you proceed to checkout, advertising and analytics technologies — which may include the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API and similar tools — may be used to measure conversions and improve our campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some of them may affect how the site works.
6. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- payment processors (such as Stripe), solely to process your transaction;
- email and messaging providers, to deliver what you ordered and send service notifications;
- advertising and analytics platforms (including Meta), to measure how our campaigns perform;
- hosting and infrastructure providers that run the site and the app; and
- authorities or other third parties when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
7. International data transfers
We operate from Brazil and serve customers internationally, including in the United States and Europe. This means your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect it in line with applicable law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Brazilian users are protected under the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018); users in the European Economic Area and in the United Kingdom under the GDPR; and California residents under the CCPA/CPRA (including the right to know, to delete, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — which we do not do).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by the applicable law.
9. Data retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the services and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Celestino is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party links
Our site and emails may link to other websites and services (including our checkout and app). This policy does not cover those third parties — please read their own privacy policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any change on this page with a revised effective date.
